Business Coaching

What is Business Coaching?

Coaching is an investment in your business, not an expense.

Coaching is an investment in your professional and personal development.

Coaching is a process to help you make smarter business decisions.

Coaching is a process to empower you to take your business from where it is now to where you want it to be.

Who benefits from Business Coaching?

All businesses benefit from goal-setting and forward planning. For small businesses and sole traders, there is often no one to use as a sounding board to bounce ideas off. • Plan for growth and development
  • Create systems and schedules
  • Increase Business Confidence

How does Business Coaching work?

We’ll have an initial chat over a cuppa or over the phone to see if we would be a good fit to work together. If so, we’ll then schedule a one hour session to list areas for business development and to set goals, specific to your business. I will spend time before our first session reviewing the online presence of your business to get an understanding of your brand’s image. We’ll then schedule further one hour monthly sessions to keep you motivated and accountable as we review, adjust and set new goals where necessary to allow you to implement growth and development in your business. Follow up support can be provided by weekly email. An initial 3 month period is recommended.

If you need more frequent sessions, if for example, you are taking a business from concept to launch, this can be agreed.

How much of an investment does Business Coaching cost?

£80 a month is the standard rate.

How can I help your business?

As a small business owner of more than 10 years, I have gone through the process of being a start up business, building a website, learning how to generate sales and marketing leads, writing engaging content on social media platforms, implementing business development, building a team, balancing budgets, hosting events and undertaking professional development. With years of relevant experience, I can provide valuable insights that will help you clarify the vision of your business, develop short and long term goals as well as improve your business in ways you may have overlooked.

An initial no obligation chat costs no more than putting the kettle on and from that chat, we can make the decision to work together on injecting the energy back into your business.
